Online Therapy

Meet with me almost anytime and from anywhere via online video.

What is it?

Online therapy is a convenient and highly-effective method of therapy. A considerable amount of research shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions.

How does it work?

In the same way that in-person therapy works but we’re not in the same room. Simply click on the link that has been sent to you at our designated meeting time and we’ll meet via secure video.

What to expect:

At our scheduled time and using your computer or phone, log into a secure video platform. As with in-person therapy, we can decide that sessions will be ongoing and once a week, on an as-needed basis or intensive (multiple times a week or 2 or 3 hour sessions for a short period of time).

 

Intensive Trauma Recovery Therapy

What is it?

A short-term solution that ameliorates the effects of trauma and gets you relief fast; in roughly half the time it would typically take. No need to meet for 50 minutes one week then wait until the next week to continue your work and get relief. It’s more time-efficient and cost-effective to do the work all at once and get on with your life. Intensive therapy is an alternative to once a week therapy that is just as effective and produces positive results in less time than traditional therapy models.

What to expect:

After an initial meeting, we decide if intensive therapy is for you and if so, how many days/hours will be needed to achieve our intended results. 

How does it work?

Using the Transformation Solution™ and over the course of 2 or 3 hour or half-day sessions either weekly or multiple times a week, trauma is processed and stored. It becomes integrated and historical, no longer impeding on your every-day life.


 

Private Intensive Therapy Retreat

What is it?

A unique therapeutic experience tailored to your particular needs and over the course of a few days. Convenient and efficient, we can meet near your home, near me, or anywhere that suits you best. Our work will be my focus for the days that we meet. 

What to expect:

An initial consult will help us determine if a private retreat is right for your specific needs. Then, depending on your goals we will decide how many days are best and customize your days for optimal transformation. Retreats will include: Daily sessions (more than one & often multi-hour). Other services to consider: Movement (yoga, hike, tai chi, running, walking), guided meditation, journaling, nutrition, acupuncture and spa services.
